✅ 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

💸 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

The service was not performed as agreed or was incomplete.

A prepaid booking was cancelled in accordance with our cancellation window.

The issue persists after service, and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable follow-up period.

📋 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery bookings, refunds will be issued via bank transfer upon confirmation of cancellation or service failure.

🔍 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞

We offer a limited warranty on parts replaced and repairs performed, as specified during service.

Warranty claims are valid only for issues directly related to the original repair and within the warranty period.

⚠️ 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Refunds will not be issued for:

Services performed successfully but later affected by external factors (e.g., power surges, plumbing issues).

Unauthorized tampering or third-party repairs after our service.

Change of mind after service completion.
